It means that you should start writing songs. It could possibly be a vision of you becoming famous by writing songs when you dream about someone else singing your song.
First, you have to think of a tune, and after you got the tune, start writing down some lyrics. Then it'll be ready!
You could start it off as a poem and just write down feelings, then think of a tune. Rather than thinking about writing a song, just start writing. You might not always like the ideas that you come up with, but this is how brainstorming works and it will help you in the long run. What do you want to write about? Think of something that you would want to listen to in a song. Collaborate on song ideas and brainstorming with friends could help you in writing a song. Remember that although you should write as often as you can, when writers block strikes you need to take a break and come back to working on it later.
You just have to go with the flow. Write a song about your day... your life.. if you stressed or happy or sad or mad. Writing a song is all about feelings and how you feel. That's the lyrics... and once you get the lyrics down, the tune will come right to you!
I think that there isn't really ANY tips for writing a good song. I feel a REALLY good song comes from the soul! You have to write about what you feel and what you know! You can just sit down get a pen and some paper and just start writing... then run by yourself and make improvements to it! That is how you write an AWESOME song!!
