It's really up to you how you want the screens to be placed. I have two "screens" and their both sorta tilted at an angle inward. (If that makes sense) This is something that your comfort has to figure out.
keep your head in a comfortable but upright position
The top of the monitor should be just slightly lower than the top of your head. This is so that you can keep your neck in a good position and just look straight ahead.
your right foot if u are left handed should be on top of the desk and your left foot should be behind your head for maximum comfort and the opposite if u are gay or are right handed.

The computer above the passengers feet is likely the transmission shift control, not the 4WD control.
The maximum number of feet that a safety net can be placed directly below the working surface is 30 feet. However, closer is better and the net should be closer if possible.
