yesin my personal experience and with my friends i'd say yes it is very common for morning sickness to happen at the same time every day. It will pass soon though, good luck :)
It is not likely that you will be able to tell so soon. However, it is possible you could have morning sickness or swollen breasts.
i got it at 5 weeks, most women get it at 6 weeks, but some can get it as soon as 3 weeks its just more common not to get it until 5-6 weeks
