typically, most stimulant's induce energy, concentration, and feeling of wellbeing on the mentally positive side. that's because most of stimulant increase the level of nor epinephrine which is responsible for ''fight or flight'' along with increasing the level of dopamine which is responsible for ''pleasure and reward system''. however it also induce huge side effect such as aggression, paranoia, and anxiety after taking excessive amount of it. as i have mentioned earlier due to high level of norepinephrine .
on the physical side, it will increase sexuality, vasoconstiction which mean that it will narrow the blood vessels. some of stimulant would also cause pupil dilation. also most of stimulant would increase heart rate.
still each stimulant may have different effect than another that's because of chemical deifferances in stimulant that may increase one neurotransmetter higher than another.
