Disease is mainly of body or mind. Disease comes due to congenital (during birth) abnormalities. Disease may be due to genes, due to germs, due to accidents or due to faulty habits. For the germs to cause disease body's own resistance has to be weak. In most cases we do not know how diseases are contracted.

In terms of infectious disease, it is possible to contract disease from the air, water, food, or sexual contact, or by touching something that carries disease. There are, unfortunately, endless opportunities to contract disease. There are also other diseases which are contracted by means of either deficient or toxic diet, or in some cases by dietary excess.
