Really, weight does not matter based on how old you are. Your height has a lot to do with it though, and of course how active you are. A BMI (body mass index) calculator is a good way to determine if you are at a healthy weight or not.

According to the BMI & based on your height here are the healthy and unhealthy weights:

Underweight- less than 108 lbs.

Normal- 108 lbs to 145 lbs

Overweight- 146 lbs to 174 lbs

Obesity- 175 lbs and above
