Hi, That's not a wallper, instead its a Active Desktop. An active desktop can be a HTML file or an image file. When active desktop is enabled you will get a window with a content as specified with minimize, maximize and close button. This windows has a border which gets hidden when the mouse cursor is not in the windows. Close it to disable the active dekstop. And set the desktop wallpaper in display properties.
