∙ 12y agoWell if you are dating, then talk about anything. Just not innapropriatw stuff. Girls do not feel comfortable talking about that topic with boyfriends just yet. If she is a good friend that you like, get to know her better. Ask her what kind of things she is into. Ask her what sports she plays or what she likes to do. If she knows you are interested about what she does, she might like you too.

These may be things that surround daily life of both people as a starter (how their day is going, the weather, friends they have in common, classes they are in together, subjects that interest them and so on). To continue the conversation, ask about things that interest them, or things that they have done in the past or future events that you know they are interested in. But the key to continue and enjoy a good conversation is to put yourself and the other person into the mix. Did you both go to a certain concert? Do you like the same band? Do you enjoy the same hobbies? Did you see them in a favorite book store of yours? All these are questions that will get your mind started on potential topics to start a conversation with someone and will hopefully lead to other topics as the conversation develops.
