If you don't see your extensions, this is because by default XP hides them (stupid if you ask me). In Windows Explorer (not IE) go to Tools|Folder Options... and in the "View" tab, uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types." Then you can change it just by renaming the file.
Open the folder you want to edit.Click the "Change your view" icon in the top right and swap to "Details".You now have a additional line above your files under the menu with detail headlines. Right click to add or remove tag's.Click the headline of what information you'd like to sort after.Unfortunately manual sorting have been disabled in Windows all places but the Desktop.
Open any folder in windows explorer and from the menu choose: Tools > Folder Options > File Types. Select folder and press advanced. and add a new action. Call it "Show in Finder" or something that you would like to see when you open a folder. For the application just select nexplorer.exe (C:\Program Files\NeXplorer1.90\NeXplorer.exe) If you want you can set "Show in Finder" as the default. Now do the same for File Folder, disk, etc. Works for me
