Take off the tires, unhinge the brake calipers and remove the brake pads, andremove the other bolt for the calipers (suspend them from something, don't let them dangle on the ends of the brake fluid lines). The rotors are free at this point, but likely require some 'convincing' to come free. A rubber mallet swung at the back side of the rotor while spinning it will eventually knock it free. Put the new rotor on, and reverse order the steps above.
