The Trailblazer has an electronic throttle (drive by wire). There is no IAC valve, it is built into the throttle body. Remove and clean the entire throttle body.
The PCV valve on a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer is located on the top, left side of the engine. It allows gases which are built up in the engine to be recirculated.

Lift the hood and you'll see a fuse box on the drivers side. ECC fuse is in there.
