There is such thing as a breast massage but most therapists don't do it on the average client because of fears of misconstrued sexual advances. It's important to do a breast massage to work the muscles beneath the breast tissue and/or to help move fluids out of the breasts if there is a health problem. It's often done with a trusted therapist if there is a legitimate health concern that indicates the client would benefit from this type of massage.
It will not, however, increase the size of your breasts.

The main focus of breast massage is to move toxins and other waste material out of the breast tissue and into the veins and lymphatic vessels. It is in the lymphatic nodes where the body cleanses and filters lymph, the fluid of the lymphatic system. It, however, has not been determined if breast massage will help increase the size of the breasts. Genetic plays the biggest role in determining breast size, so massaging them may not help them grow larger.
There is no apparent relationship between massage and breast enlargement yet. But one thing is for sure, the size of the breast is controlled by genes.
