Cog buildings are very common in the other neighbourhoods (Donald's Dock, Minnie's Melodyland, Daisy's Garden, etc). But, those neighbourhoods have higher level cogs AND you must be a member to enter cog buildings in neighbourhoods other than TTC. Good luck!
