How to get Ho-oh in xd gale of darkness?

you cant get ho-oh, you have to trade him from the games Pokemon sapphire,emerald, or ruby to Pokemon xd. you're dumb to think you can get him from master greevil. he only has 4 legendaries: moltres,articuno,zapdos, & lugia. you can only catch lugia with a master ball, other pokeballs will not catch him.

Actually, you can catch lugia with an ultra ball, but it's pretty tough. You're better off using the master ball, and leaving some room in your party so you can use him to help defeat master Greevil.
