iIts not that hARD. just have to wait till 12pm on a full moon to catch it fishing at vermillion city i thought it was fake but i did it joking and i got it lv 50 with sick moves. hope this helps only works on fire red NOT LEAF GREEN. HO OH IS LEAF GREEN SECRET. ENJOY POKEMANIACS
