A cat of Ill Omen allows you to take a trap from your deck and place it on top of your deck, if you have necrovalley out it goes straight to hand, but you could supplement that strategy with just about any draw-based card(PoG, JoG, just nothing that requires you shuffle the deck first; it has to be an immediate draw effect)
there are tons of other magic cards that allow you to add a spell from deck to hand, Spellcaster monsters are best for stuff like this( Magician of Faith for example allows magic from grave to hand, there is definitely a chance you can find a way to work around this if nothing else)
Giant trunade. It is a spell or a magic that will return all spell and trap cards or all the magic or trap cards on the field

There is a card called "A feather of the phoenix" that if you discard 1 card from your hand you can return a card from your graveyard to the top of your deck. So you can pick any card in your graveyard including a spell or trap card.

I would'nt use a structure deck right out of the box first i would buy some packs that i want and add them to the structure deck it would make the deck stronger and easier to use. hope u have fun dueling

As a general rule, unless the card specifially states that it is Special Summoned from the Deck, you can assume that it is referring to your Hand.
