The only way to get the azure flute (without cheating) is to go to a special event and get it from there, or from mystery gift. There is no more special events out for platinum now, so the only way to get it now is to cheat. Sorry! Once you get the azure flute, go to the spear pillar and the flute will play. Climb the glass stairs to fight arceus. He is lvl 80 and is normal type. His attacks are VERY strong and arceus has a VERY low catch rate. Recommended use a master ball.
