To get in, you murder someone - kill an innocent person who did not provoke you. I recommend a Nord woman in Bruma called Alga, because she respawns. Then, the next time you sleep, a man named Lucien Lachance will visit you. He will instruct you to kill a man named Rufio at the Inn of Ill Omen. He is most easily killed in his sleep. Do so, and then the next time you sleep, Lachance will visit you again and confirm your initiation into the Dark Brotherhood as complete. If you want to finish the quest to join it quickly, simply sleep in Rufio's bed after killing him. Then go to the Cheydinhal Abandoned House and enter the basement. There is a tunnel dug out of the wall. At the end of the tunnel is a black door - activate the door. It will ask the question, "What is the colour of night?" Answer, "Sanguine, my Brother." Then go through the door, and speak to the Argonian in front of you - Ocheeva.
