THE STEPS TO GET THEM:
Umbreon: First of all, you need to play at night to get your eevee to evolve into Umbreon (Note: You need to have the National Dex in order to get eevee. You get Eevee by talking to the girl in the house next to the Pokemon center A.K.A Bebe). Then make it really happy by giving it vitamins and other stuff. Then give it a rare candy or fight with it to get it to level up. ANY WAY OF GETTING IT TO LEVEL UP WORKS. Then watch it evolve!!!
ESPEON: is different. You HAVE TO PLAY DURING THE DAYTIME TO GET AN ESPEON FROM AN EEVEE!!!!! Then, same thing as Umbreon, get it to level up IN ANY WAY (Note: Daycare won't work.) Then it will evolve into Espeon.
