The best way to remove the vinyl is to heat it up. This can be done with a hair dryer blown over them for a few moments. It causes the glue to heat and become easier to peel off. You will have much better results removing them this way. Afterwards, if you find that you have any residue glue on the walls, you can use warm soap and water with a rag to gently rub it off. Do not use anything with an abrasive texture because this can take away paint from the walls.
First off you need some self-adhesive vinyl from a craft store. After this you can use a computer to make a stencil of the letters, which you then print out, cut out and put them on top of the adhesive, after this you lay them out where you want them on the wall.

Heat them with a hot air gun or hairdryer, then gently peel off with a plastic spatula. Remove the residue with Goof Off.

I've used my cricut machine to cut vinyl letters and designs depending on the seasons. It's pretty easy to take off. First, heat the vinyl with either a heat gun or a hair dryer. (Personally, I think a heat gun works best, it tends to direct heat more evenly at a specific point.) Continue heating the vinyl as your peeling it off. I've used a putty knife and also an exacto knife to peel off the smaller pieces. Once all of the vinyl is off, there is usually some adhesive left on the wall. A product like Goo Gone works great, as does Crafters Companion Stick Away spray. I have a friend who swears by the 3M adhesive remover available at hardware stores. Either way, make sure you apply it to the adhesive and wait the recommended amount of time before scraping it off - this will protect your paint job!! The most important step is to heat the vinyl. If you don't, you'll have a horrible vinyl, sticky, gooey mess!!
Vinyl wall quotes are applied similarly to stickers. They can be pressed on with an aftermarket adhesive or one that comes on it.
You can look around the net to try and find some well price vinyl wall decals. Craigslist and kijiji may have listings for vinyl wall decals and they will probably be quite affordable.
polyvinyl
Vinyl or plastic based paint.
Your wall was not cleaned properly before the decal was installed. You can try applying spray-on adhesive on the corners that are lifting. Just be careful for over-spray.
There are many websites that sell vinyl letters online. I'd recommend www.letteringonthecheap.com which has a wide range of designs which will suit the style of your shop.
No, it won't. To remove it later, simply heat it with a hair dryer and it will come off easily without damaging the wall.
