When I had loads of custom comment (cc) on sims 3 my babies were always born weird. e.g they were invisible, or they were just a massive long black line across the screen or they were half black and half white.
I hated this but if you want them to be like this, Then I suggest getting loads of custom comment. Warning cc slows the game down and causes it to not work properly, I wouldn't recommend getting it!
