I take it you're talking about how the games starts off. You find Pvt. Miller in a small shack in which him and three of his friends are being tortured by the Japanese. After one of his friends is killed and the others throat is slit he comes at Miller with the knife. Then Miller's squad kills the three Japanese enemies who are there and saves you. Then you continue to kill all of the Japanese enemies in your way until you make it to the other side of the island where you escape on a motor boat.
Youy can go to private match, create game, and then invite other players. If you are talking about hosting a public match, those hosts are chosen at random by who joins first or has the best connection.
In public matches a host is randomly chosen among the players to prevent connection tampering. However if you create a Private Match and invite other players, you will automatically be chosen as the Connection host.
The host is the one first in the party, if they leave, then the person with the best connection becomes the host. If the host leaves during a game, the game will end.
The game system chooses automatically who hosts the match, this is not in any particular order.
