Muddle one Kiwi with a teaspoon of simple sugar syrup in a Martini Shaker. Add three ounces Vodka, squeeze half a lime, and lots of ice. Shake well and pour (including Kiwi seeds that add flavor/texture) into optionally sugar rimmed martini glass.
