STEP:1 go to start button on your computer.
STEP:2 go to all programs.
STEP:3 go to accessories.
STEP:4 go to system tools.
STEP:5 go to character map
There you will find a plus sign but you can also use it for a cross. thank you
Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Charcter Map. In the font list click "Wingdings". There are two crosses on the third row.

You can make a cross symbol on an iPhone by going to Settings, General, Keyboard, International Keyboards. Select Japanese. A text box will pop up and you need to touch the Globe button. Once it switches to a Japanese keyboard. Hit the 2nd button from the bottom on the left until you find *123. You can find the cross symbol there.
To make an apostrophe on a keyboard, press the key beside the "enter" key on the right hand side of the keyboard.
you have to find the key with the plus and equals symbol. Then push the shift key and the plus/equals key. The "cross" should show up. Plus (+) equals (=). The plus should be above the equals.
