You have to do the assessing paper and then think what the answer should be and set the thing that , in your opinion, is common in students to be the standard to identify the students' behavior. You may have responsible students to do the assessment and set their result as a standard. Then make multiple choices and give each answer mark. Next you have to make intervals of mark as to put the score of the student in. And the last thing is that you have to title each score interval to tell the student what kind of student he is.
