Hide behind the statues and move to the right as soon as the lasers move.

Spy Island

You can't do anything about the lasers until you rescue the third spy.

You have to go around the lasers on the building on Balding Avenue. Go farther left to the red building, and then grapple back to the right from the top of that building. There is a helpful spy there to suggest this. Inside the greenhouse, you should take off the Grapple Bowtie.

When you save the third spy in the greenhouse, you get the Ultra Vision Goggles and you can see the lasers. This lets you slip by when they are off. You still need the Fingerprint Glass from the Bistro before you enter the BAD hideout.

You get shocked or stung on various islands, and the solution is usually to go around or over whatever is hitting you. When a boss shocks you, it is usually a sign that you cannot attack or pass him directly.

On Spy Island, you can time your jumps from window to window to climb the electrified building. You cannot get past the lasers until you have the Ultra Vision Googles from the third spy, which let you see when they are "off."

On Nabooti Island, you cannot get through the electrified fence until you turn it off at the mine entrance. Then you have to run to get through before the power comes back on.
