They are super hard to see, but feel around and use a strong light to look for them. Then if you have speakers in the door, carefully pry off the grill and remove the hidden screws. If I recall correctly, the next screw is around the door handle, underneath it? The door panel is only held on by clips once the screws are removed. Jiggle it around and lift it upwards.
