call the person you got the car from they ripped you off. fiero's were only made from 1984-1988 so if you have a 1994 someone took you for a ride

Answerand there isn't a speed cable. its electronic. there is a speed sencer that goes to the tranny that a wire hooks too. not that hard to replace.

There is someone with a Olds 455 in his Fiero, but he had to remove the trunk.

Fuel pump in a Fiero is electric. It's in the gas tank. Gas tank's in the middle of the car. Drop the tank. Pull the pump.

It depends on what Fiero SE you own. There are two types. The earlier SE models, '84-'86, used a 85 mph speedometer for the four cylinder engine. It would not be until the '87 V6 model that the SE cars received the 120 mph "GT", as it's called, speedometer assembly. If you already have a 120 mph speedometer in your Fiero SE, it will work just fine. If it's the 85 mph speedometer, it will not, and would read incorrectly until you perform the necessary modifications to make it act like a 120 mph speedometer should.

Very carefully - as the newest one would be 22 years old. http://www.mrmikes.com/fieroquestions.htm#headliner

An individual can find the tech specifications on the motor used in the Pontiac Fiero in the manual that came with the vehicle or on the Pontiac web site. There are also many auto repair manuals that can be purchased or perused at an auto parts supply store that will also have the information on the motor used in the Pontiac Fiero.

Yes. The final year of Fiero production ( 1988 ) had power steering.

Take it out and put new in? Each part is held in differently and I can't type 300 pages of instructions.

I believe only 1986-1988 GT's came with the 120mph speedometer from the factory with the 2 aux. gauges. If you saw it in a 1985 Fiero GT then the owner probably replaced it.

Yep, they built a bunch of those
