if you have stock mirrors that have two screws across from each other,the holes in door should have a plastic insert that goes in holes to hold screws,when you buy new mirrors they come with them,you can buy mirrors off eBay,they are alot cheaper than Nissan dealer.
The mirror is held on by bolts on the inside of the door.

Add the new mirror and connect the wires. Replace the screws and the door panel.

To replace the driver's side mirror on the 2003 GMC Envoy, first remove the interior door panel. Then, remove the mirror connection cover inside the panel as well. Unscrew the screws holding the mirror to the door. Remove the wiring and replace the mirror with a new mirror. Replace the screws and place the door panel back onto the door.

The outside mirror is held on by two retaining bolts and a wiring harness. Remove the inside door panel to view the mirror retaining bolts. After removing the retaining bolts and wiring harness reverse the process to install the new mirror.
