it is behind the passenger side headlight assembly. you will have to remove the headlight assembly to replace it.

First there are 2 nut, side by side of the Passenger Headlight. Unscrew it, and remove the Headlight. The Horn is now on your face, Unscrew the Nut and Install the New Horn.
I couldn't replace just the bulb. You have to buy a whole new lamp. $5-10 at autozone.
To change the passenger side headlight on a 1999 Yukon, first, open the hood and locate the headlight assembly. Remove the retaining clips or screws securing the assembly, then carefully pull it out. Disconnect the wiring harness from the back of the headlight bulb, replace the old bulb with a new one, and reconnect the wiring. Finally, reassemble the headlight assembly and secure it with the clips or screws.
Open the hood and then examine the top of the headlight assembly and locate the two pins that can be pulled up and out of the assembly. Then rotate the headlight Assembly out of the front of the grille and change the headlight bulb...reverse the process
Bulb replacementTo replace the headlight bulb you have to disconnect the connector that plugs into the bulb, then you have to undo the metal clip with a screw driver and after you pull the clip down the bott will come off, then you pull the headlight out .
Work from behind light fixture Remove wire clip and twist bulb to remove Note: The above only works for the passenger's side headlight. The driver's side light is harder to get to. To replace the driver's side headlight remove the battery and it's hold down.
