Are you sure it is the ink? My cousin thought so for along time & then we discovered it was the green soap.
Since tattoo ink is not regulated by the FDA there is a lot of ingredient's in tattoo ink, including heavy metals. Because of that reason some people have allergic reactions to their tattoos.
I have had a few allergic reactions from myself and other people when I use Smart Tattoo Ink. Real puffy and red skin, sometimes the ink won't stay in, I would sugjest StarBright.
yes you can.
No. There is no nickel in black ink. There is a concentration of iron in red ink. The majority of people that are allergic to any ink are the ones that are allergic to iron.
yes it is not ink pen ink. the company makes a good ink for the price. you get what you pay for. and ink does not cause infections only allergic reactions in some people. I never had any problems with the ink. people have to follow instructions when it comes to after care. that is where the problem sets in.
not that I know of ,but my suggestine would be no...
can't get ink poisoning from a professionally done tattoo. some pigments however have minerals that can cause an allergic reaction. glow in the dark pigments seem to be the worst.
You know your tattoo is healed once the skin is no longer peeling and skin color returns to normal. If it is itching or has raised bumps then it is not fully healed.
No, tattoo ink isn't flammable.
Unless you have some sort of allergic reaction to the temporary tattoo, there are no other adverse effects. Any allergic reaction however is highly unlikely.
Maybe. You may have a problem in the form of an allergic reaction, however tattoo ink composition is rarely published for you to read, so one can never be sure of what you are really getting, the best you can do to avoid problems it to get a 'patch test'. A patch test is a method wherein your artist tests a particular ink on a small section of skin to note if you have an adverse reaction before beginning the real tattoo. Black ink is usually relatively inert, while colors, such as red inks can be more prone to cause allergic reactions. 1. http://chemistry.about.com/library/weekly/aa121602a.htm 2. You may be having an allergic reaction to the ink because ink poisoning is impossible with tattoo ink (save for glow in the dark and UV reactive). All tattoo inks are inert and will not poison you. Allergic reactions however are fairly common.
