Try saying things like "I don't feel well, can i skip supper", or "I ate before i left", with someone actually noticing that ur loosing weight is harder... wear more baggy or loose cloth so people cant precisely see ur shape ... good luck if noone is paying attention to you dirty dishes and if they know your a messy eater than put food stains on your clothes hope it works for you please don't go to crazy with the starvation!

First, get your own diary (not a weight loss diary, you sound youger cause you still live with your parents me too!) and make sure it has a lock on it... that's the most important part. Jotting things down will relieve stress and this will make it easier to lose weight, not to mention ease your mind. You can even write about your weight loss and progress. Being less stressed will motivate you and make you feel better.

Now that you have the journal established, tell a friend. A close one about your plan. they will support you in every way. Plus, you can "go to the mall with your friend" and do some mall walking. suprisingly, running around the mall is also losing weight!!! but with your friends and its WAY more fun than jogging and sweating.

Now that your best friend is in on it, you guys can talk it out. walk around and do stuff together! It will bring you closer, and youll slim down in no time

And im guessing you don't share a room with youur parents. and im assuming one of you keep your door shut at night or their across the house. If so, at night in your room, run on your tip-toes. it will build muscle in your legs and flaten your stomach as well. On your bed, do crunches. Never do crunches on the floor, it will only tighten the muscle under your tummy and it may make it harder to lose weight. Start out easy after a couple of weeks by doing crunchs on your bed. And remember your favorite play-ball that you loved when you were a kid?grab that ouut and bend your back on it. do crunches that way, it will tighten your abs and flatten an un-wanted tummy.

Weight yourself at the same time every day. And remember, every once in a while, you will hit a plateu and stay the same weight or gain a couple of ounces. But this is normal, its just your body adjusting to the new lifestyle. No scale? grab that same old ball and stand on it the same time every night. at first, the ball might sink in, re-pump it every night to the same size, but as you lose weight your impression on the ball will grow smaller!

  • Go to the mall with your friends and do some shopping-bag weights! Burn calories and a hole through your wallet! Have fun!
  • Late night arobics can get you pumped
  • Drink L-O-T-S and LOTS of water.
  • Keep a journal to track your status and relieve stress
  • Tell a friend and they will give you their full support. But never tell them starting off with "Do i look fat?" or theyll say no. And that will afect you. Just come out and say "I need some help..." Lalalala
  • Your old ball isn't so old anymore!!!
  • And when you get home from school; don't snack. its not healthy. you have dinner soon after anyways!
  • HAVE FUN AND DONT DONT DONT STARVE YOURSELF!!!

I'm not a doctor, but "starving" yourself is not a good way to lose weight. The problem is that while you lose weight, you also put stress and strain on your body. This may cause problems for you later in life.I'm worried that you may think you need to lose weight, but in reality you don't really, or don't need to lose much. Talk to your parents. If they tell you that you don't need to lose weight, listen to them. Talk to someone else that you trust, or who will be impartial and honest with you and get another opinion. Check a standard weight chart and see what range your weight should be for your height.

If you need to lose weight, you should talk to a doctor or someone else that is qualified to give you advice. Make a plan that include lower calorie foods and EXERCISE. Just adding some daily exercise can really make a difference in losing weight, but don't overdo it, And if you have the willpower to starve yourself, you should have the willpower to eat better and burn some calories.

^^ Ignore them. I don't want to be one of those people who freak out and say "DONT DO IT!" Because that's annoying and I understand. But, hear me out. From experience, starving yourself doesn't work. I'm not telling you that just because it's unhealthy. In the long run, you probably won't lose much weight and you'll actually gain body fat. When you don't eat your body freaks out and stores fat from any little food you eat. Your body shuts down and hold on to the little food you have because it doesn't know when it'll get it's next meal. Also, whether you think you can go without food or not, you can't. You're human and you'll break and might even binge eat when you break. Honestly, after struggling so long I gained about ten pounds of unhealthy fat. I screwed up my metabolism and struggled to actually eat healthy again. Don't try to starve yourself it sucks. Find excercise you like. Get all your nutrients! I know how hard it is and I'm here if you need someone to relate to you!

Starving yourself is dangerous and can be a sign of the deadly eating disorder anorexia nervosa. You should seek medical attention for help, not try and harm yourself in such a manner.

i would say it isn't really a good thing to keep secret, someone will eventually find out but you should try getting help before the anorexia gets any worse so nothing drastic happens to you
