Try saying things like "I don't feel well, can i skip supper", or "I ate before i left", with someone actually noticing that ur loosing weight is harder... wear more baggy or loose cloth so people cant precisely see ur shape ... good luck if noone is paying attention to you dirty dishes and if they know your a messy eater than put food stains on your clothes hope it works for you please don't go to crazy with the starvation!
Subtlety is key. The best way to prevent people from thinking you are starving yourself is to NOT STARVE YOURSELF IN THE FIRST PLACE.
you dont tell them... or if they ask just say ive been working out or running or jogging to something like that :)
They eat very little and things that do not have a high calorie content. What do they do? They get sick and tired very easily. They hide their disorder until it becomes unmanageable and noticable and then become hospitalized or worse, die.
Why would you even ask this?Starving yourself is not the answer.Take it from me. I've struggled with anorexia for almost 3 years now, and it's horrible. Eat healthy foods, exercise, and be happy.Don't do this to yourself.
Starving yourself could trigger a binge. After binging some people want to throw up. So, starving COULD be a ticket to Bulimia

You don't. For obvious reasons it isn't healthy - and people will eventually notice. Ask yourself why are you starving yourself? What is bothering you so much that makes you do it? Find the root of the problem and you won't have to starve yourself. ____________ I blame that I don't feel well. I also wear baggy clothes. :) And also you can say you had a sandwich before or something... :)

Starving is not good for your body, it deprives yourself of the energy and nutrients you need to remain healthy and well.
You binge on high-calorie high-fat foods like chocolate cake and rich desserts. That's why starving yourself doesn't work usually.
