It's a PAIN. You have to take out the battery and holder, and take out the radiator fans. The starter is located underneath the exhaust manifold. I think there are 2 bolts holding it in, but It's been over a year since I changed my starter. Check a Haynes manual at your local auto shop for detailed instructions.
