take it to your nearest auto parts store(autozone or advance auto) and they will clear the code for you but i would suggest you fix the problem first otherwise it will just come back on
Check in the removable housing at the engine end of the uper radiator hose
did you check the fuse?
check main pulley area bottom by harmonic balance

I am assuming you mean there is volume from the blower but it is cold. If so, First check your coolant level, if it is low the first thing to empty is the heater core. Check this and get back.
