If you bought games on the iTunes Store, they will update automatically if you are in a WiFi hotspot. If any games (or other apps) have updates, the App Store icon will have a red number "badge" on the corner of the icon. Open the App Store application, and press "Updates" in the lower-right corner.
Note: some WiFi hotspots do not allow updates to be downloaded. You may have to go to a different hotspot for this to work.
