There are only two ways for your neopet to be a baby neopet.1. Find and buy a baby paintbrush. These can get veryexpensive, but it makes them look SO cute! However, if you use the Shop, Trade, or Auction wizard, you won't find the brush (as it is with all rare items). I suggest posting an ad on a website, your profile, a pet's page (especially the one that you want to paint).2. A very rare random event will turn your active Neopet into a baby neopet. This is how my lupe got painted baby.
