After testing and approval, then they can be used on humans.
Yes, the Issey Miyake perfumes are usually tested on animals. Just like the other types of perfumes, they have to be tested on the animals first.

I am HIGHLY against animal testing but as all thing there are pro's and con's...... If people tested shampoo on humans and it was poisonous then that person might die. If an animal tested shampoo then that a loss, but there are LOADS of different types/breeds of animals and it wont affect the world that bad.
Mice have similar body structures and orgins as humans; blood types, heart, brain etc.. Scientists use them to test medicines and drugs. This often results in death for the mice. They are also dissected. Freezing is tested on dogs, so dogs are frozen for years. They use different chemicals in the ice that they use to freeze the dogs. Monkeys are also used to send to space, test injections/drugs, or test different exercises on the primates. Other animals are used as well so you might want to look that up. But these animals are often used. It is realy abusive.
Many specimens are tested there. As the name says microbiology is where they research micro-species, like bacteria, or amoebas. The tests usually look for specific resistance or reactions to drugs. Of course there are many other research types.
The same way humans do. By different types of mutations.
The types of drugs being tested depend on the people wanting to do the drug test. Sometimes a company will test for less harsh drugs, others will test for harder drugs like cocaine and meth.
yes, some types of animals though have differant blood types than humans. They all have blood types so if they had a blood transfusion then they would need to get there blood type first.
