Just because a coin was struck at the Denver Mint does not make it more valuable. But some D mint coins are more valuable, it depends on the date, denomination and condition of the coin.
In uncirculated or near mint condition, perhaps $2-3. They're not especially valuable.

it is only as valuable as the person who wants it is willing to pay...but i have seen them in mint condition with display case and original packaging and paperwork for 250-300$
Mint state means: no wear at all, the condition is as it came from the mint.
Mint condition, Mint State, & Uncirculated all mean the same thing. Unused, no wear, as in the same condition as from the Mint when the coin was struck.
Either coin might get up to £4 GBP in absolute mint condition. If it has been circulated, not much.
