read the book it says that harry was the 7th horcrux and that lord voldermort destroyed it by casting the killing curse on harry. voldermort took blood from harry in the 4th book n movie so he still had his mothers charm that time so voldermort couldn't kill harry coz he still had the blood of harry when he tried to kill harry so only the horcrux part of harry was destroyed n not harry and he died because all othe horcruxes were destroyed.
