everywhere
All the time, everywhere - except in international waters/
In places like Somalia where there is no effective government nor much offical police or military, there is no real rule of law. There is still social control and gang law, as well as international law.
The international criminal law can be found on the official International Court of Justice (ICJ) website and in Westlaw (INT-ICJ database). The international criminal law provides a guide that bases mainly on crime and law.
International law are laws that apply to a person no matter where in the world that person is such as murder ...
You can't adapt from somalia if your not Somali. It's the law of the Somali republic
International and maritime law forbids it.
Which law do you want to apply? Under International Law, all treaties are International in character, then No - it is agreed to by the parties through their empowered representatives (or they would not have the power to negotiate them). Under US Law Yes, but the international treaty does not depend on US Law to be operative.
You apply the law right? I don't know any other way to apply the law in tennis but to apply the law!
