The first disciple of Christ killed was Stephan. He was stoned to death, Saul who would later become known as Paul the Apostle was a young Pharisee that witnessed and consented to sentencing of death by stoning, this was before Saul (or Paul) was converted to Christ. Acts 7:54-60, Acts 22:19-20. Likely it was overwhelming sorrow at having been party to killing an innocent Godly man like Stephen that once Paul was converted to Christ, realized what horrible things he was party to in his past, led him to with reckless abandon preach Christ to the world abroad with zeal and energy that exceeded any of the 12 Apostles.
john was the only one that was not killed he lived to be a old man
Possibly Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter. See John1:35-41. The other disciple not mentioned was John (the Apostle) as he never mentioned his name in his own gospel but referred to himself as the other disciple.
The apostle called the beloved disciple by Jesus was the disciple John, who was the youngest of all the disciples. And also died last , as ,many were killed. before theoir time John sat with Jesus on the table next to Jesus.
