Neminatha, the 22nd Tirthankara of the Jains, was the son of Samudra Vijaya and grandson of Andhakavrishni. He is said to be a cousin of Krishna, the lord of the Bhagvadgita.
Jains consider Friday to be the most important day of the week. This is because the last tirthankara, Mahavira, is believed to have attained nirvana on this day. Jains often fast, meditate, and visit temples on Fridays to pay homage to Mahavira.

Mahavira, the 24th Tirthankara of Jainism, is said to have been influenced by various spiritual teachers during his early life, but he did not have a singular guru in the traditional sense. His path to enlightenment was largely self-directed, culminating in a profound spiritual awakening after years of ascetic practice. However, he was inspired by the teachings of earlier Tirthankaras, particularly Parsva, the 23rd Tirthankara. Mahavira ultimately established his own principles and teachings, which form the foundation of Jainism.
Jains call their god Tirthankar.
They're called Jains.
Jains do believe that there is no real founder of Jainism as it is an eternal religion. They have 24 tirthankaras of whom Lord Rishabha is considered to be the first one and is accounted as the founder and preacher of Jainism in this kaal (jain division of time). However, some of the modern historians believe that Lord Parshwnath (23rd Tirthankar of Jains) was the founder of Jainism.
Jains have different deities, the most important ones, being tirthankaras.
Digamber Jains are not Buddhists. Digamber is a sect of Jainism.
Mahaveer Swami, the 24th Tirthankara of Jainism, is traditionally believed to have been born in 599 BCE. His birth is celebrated by Jains on the festival of Mahavir Jayanti, which usually falls in March or April. The exact historical date of his birth is not definitively known, as it is based on religious tradition rather than precise historical records.
