This is a subjective type question. You could possibly get any number of different answers. In my opinion 4 weaknesses would be as follows: 1. Traditional education does not address individual differences between learners 2. Traditional education was designed for pre industrial age and we are way past that 3. Traditional education has not kept up with all the research in regards to the brain, learning, etc. 4. Traditional education is much too traditional.
