Animals were in cages under the arena of the colosseum. Slaves used a pully system to pull the animals to the surface. there has been an estimate of around 28 trapdoors to bring the animals into the arena.
because the money and fans were getting low sure they had fans but the colosseum in long island wanted more money and the couldn't pay of the money to stay in that arena so they moved to barclays arena and now play there and start a better future even though I am a Ranger fan

The colosseum is on what was an artificial lake on the grounds of the Nero palace. In recent years they have uncovered parts of the Nero palace and it is now open for tours. The Temple of Venus was located in the forum across the street from the colosseum. You can see the ruins when you visit the forum.
