A British factory worker named Samuel Slater memorized the plans of the British machines and moved to the U.S., where he wrote a letter to a wealthy merchant, who gave him money to develop the first machine. You might be referring to the multiplier effect in economics. When a new factory is built people will be hired to staff it. People will also be hired to transport raw materials to the factory and to take away finished products. All of these people will be paid for their work. They might save some of their money, they will spend most of it. Any money that they save becomes available for loans that could be used to build other factories that will employ other people. So the money invested in the first factory will have been multiplied in the form of another factory, or at least part of another one. Meanwhile, the money that the new employees spend will go to other people. These people will save some and spend the rest. No new money has been created by this spending by it is as if the money has been multiplied because more people have been able to use it. This is the multiplier effect.
The first powered aeroplane built that actually flew was made by Wilbur and Orville Wright in 1903. But there were unpowered gliders built by people like Otto Lilienthal before this time that were able to fly (or glide)

The roads were well built (they still exist) and they were able to move military, goods, and people without much effort.
the people who built the first road was either god or the Romans or even the tudors but the first staright road ever built was by the Romans. I heard in many places that the first idea of making road has been discovered by Persian people and the first I heard wad THE PERSIAN ROYAL ROAD. Persian also are the first people who made the first move-able bridge by number of ships in order to dismantle Persian army into greece. I believe the idea to build Millennium Bridge in London came from Persian technique in my opinion.
