First go to MT.pyre and get the magma emblem from the old woman. Then go down the jagged pass until there comes an earthquake. There opens a door to a big rock nearby. There you must take down team magma and release groudon. Then go to Slateport city and talk to capt. stern in front of the boathouse. Then you can go to team aqua hideout and take them down. After you have done that you must surf down from Mossdeep city and go underwater. Surf down in underwater until you find an underwater cavern where you find gyogre. Release gyogre too, and they should be battling in Sootopolis city.
