I don't believe in God, so the short answer is that he won't.
However some religions believe in "Judgement Day", this is described in great detail in the New Testament book of Revelations by St. John the Divine. Essentially God will at some stage come to Earth and establish a government of his own whereupon his Angels will get out a large book, if your name's in it, you get into heaven, if not you go to hell.
John makes a reference to a "new heaven and a new earth", presumably everyone has no use for it once they're either in heaven or hell.
