They can operate machines by rotating. The first gear cog rotates and mobes the next one around, which then moves then next one round. They can change the speed of things sometimes. They can also change some other things..
Technology is always advancing in one way or another. By the time you get done reading this some scientist in California or New York is discovering a new limit to hard drive space or the next type of CPU design. 10 years ago the size of the hard drive in a average computer was maybe 5-10 GB of space, costing nearly 50-70$. As of today(October 6th, 2009) you can buy a 500GB hard drive for about the same price or less. To answer your question....Constantly.

Technology will change our lives in the next twenty years without doubt .. Evey time we fine new things and we start to fit with them .......... As long as the technology is still important and with time do it develops by scientists we will move to technology period which it control by our advance in this century .
talking about the past is easy, it has already happened, talking about the future is hard as it can still change from what it might be
Nobody does ! There is far too much happening in the world right now - to predict what's going to happen in the future. We can 'guess' things like - how technology might change, or whether there will be another world war... but even simple things like that - are really outside our control !
Shopping can change during the next 30 years because more people will shop online and not in stores.
That is normal, within the next couple years.
it changes because you 50 years in 2013 it will change you will see
I have high doubts that this will happen. Especially in the next twenty years. The Goverment probably wouldn't want too many people, and wouldn't allow it. I hope this helped.
yes
Guess we won't be seeing you at Create IT Computer Camp...
The consensus is that TV's using laser technology will be the next big thing--They actually already exist but are a bit pricey. Hologram TV's are many years away from reaching the consumer.
Disc camcorders are a fading style, and may not be available in the next 10 years. New technology is always being produced, and there is sure to be something newer and greater.
No, in fact it will decrease in the next 100 years. It is 19th century technology and it would be like going back to the horse and buggy instead of using the car.
