If that is your resting heart rate, meaning you wake up in the morning and check your pulse and that is the result that is high but if you mean that's your heart rate during workout, that's fine. but you how old are you? you will know how hard you are working out if you can provide your age. your heart rate will tell you if you're at that point that you are burning enough cal.
